
Hey . My Name is Soni. I love writing my thoughts, but for last so many years I lived in self-doubt, a fear of sharing my feelings, and finally, i take the courage to share my feelings with everyone. So here i am writing and living my passion.
I am a holistic psychologist and counsellor committed to supporting individuals in their emotional well-being, healing, and personal growth through a compassionate and integrative approach. I believe that mental health is deeply connected to our thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical well-being, family dynamics, cultural experiences, and life journey.
In therapy, I provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, grief, life transitions, and inner conflict. My approach combines psychological understanding with mindfulness, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and self-reflection to support deeper healing and resilience.
Working within the international community & Indian cultural context, I understand the impact of family expectations, societal pressures, generational patterns, emotional suppression, and relational responsibilities that many individuals carry silently. I strive to help clients reconnect with themselves, build healthier emotional boundaries, strengthen self-worth, and move toward a more balanced and authentic life.
