Tell yourself that you have a good life, count your blessings, and learn to stay positive no matter what.
1.Count your blessings at the end of every day –
don’t focus on the problems you’ve faced that day; rather, think of all the good things that happened and the happiness they gave you.
2.Think of others rather than yourself – when you do things, even the smallest favors, for other people who mean something to you, you feel good about yourself.
3. Be proactive rather than reactive – instead of fretting over a problem and letting it stress you out, focus on how to resolve quickly and effectively. When your mind is busy trying to find a solution, you stop feeling sorry for yourself and start thinking positively
4.Don’t allow your mind to remain idle – it may be clichéd, but it’s also true that an idle mind is the devil’s workshop. So stay busy and keep doing something or the other to prevent negative thoughts from creeping in.
5. Get an hour of exercise every day – even a brisk walk in the morning or evening will do your mental health a world of good.
6. Allow yourself some “me” time – set aside some time every day or every few days for yourself when you get to choose what you want to do; read a book, listen to music, catch up with friends, or just laze around. When your soul is nourished, you find that positive energy flows
.
7 Stop negative thoughts before they form completely – if you find yourself becoming depressed because your mind is taking a negative bent, stop those thoughts in their tracks and start consciously thinking of positive things
.
8 Spend time with people who love you and make you feel good about yourself – quality relationships make life worth living.
9. Anytime you feel that the weight of your burden is hard to bear, talk to a friend or someone with a sympathetic ear – even if they cannot do anything to help you out, just the fact that you have someone on your side is uplifting enough.
10. And finally, look around you before you start to feel sorry for yourself – there are people in situations that are a hundred times worse than yours, yet they manage to get through each day.
Tell yourself that you have a good life, count your blessings, and learn to stay positive no matter what.
The true source of happiness
Can you see that all your pain comes from the belief that your source of happiness is outside you? This single misperception—this little fear—is what feeds your mental junk, your learned unworthiness, and your “not good enough” stuff. Notice how all your thoughts of fear and lack are reversed the moment you accept that every piece of universal joy rests already in your heart. Feel this, now.
Every culture has its sacred sites and holy meeting grounds. Thousands of people every day travel in pilgrimage to far off places like Lourdes, the Great Pyramids, Ayers Rock, the Grand Canyon, Mount Shasta, Stonehenge, Mount Athos, the Himalayas. These places hold sacred energy, they say. And yet, nowhere is more sacred than the human heart—home of your Unconditioned Self. You are sacred ground.
Do you see this? .?

Keep your mind and Heart open to the higher aspects of your beingness.
Your attitude influences your world and everything you do in it. It defines the energy you send out and in turn, takes shape and colour in your circumstances. If you have a positive attitude you are more welcoming and people are drawn to you. A positive attitude opens you to the flow of life. If you are depressed angry and unhappy, no one wants to be around you. You literally push people and opportunities away.
To attract positive joyful and prosperous situations to you, you must be that way to yourself. If you have an open, loving, positive attitude, anything burdensome in life can be lightened. Therefore it is important to be aware of your mood. It is created by your thoughts. Every day you have a choice that how will you behave, the mood you will give out to the world, and how you want people to know you. So if you want something in your life, first you must think of it, put your intentions behind it, and keep your focus on it, it is almost like baking a cake. The thought is the oven, and you have to keep baking it with belief. You have to see your thoughts manifesting and becoming Real.
Follow your heart and always be True yo yourself. Never live the life of another. You have to create your own Road. You have the responsibility to be the best you can possibly be, so keep you Mind and Heart open to the higher aspects of your being. And you will harness the power to have a loving and fulfiling life with attitude.

Remember…
Remember that you and I have endurance, strength, and fortitude to carry us all the way. Remain true to yourself. Your authenticity alone will keep you in alignment with the energy of miracles. What is yours will never be withheld from you. Always Remember that.
The art of Manifestation
The art of manifestation is really not based on talent and skill but the simple recognition of the most fundamental universal law. The universe supplies exactly and absolutely what you precevie your reality to be , that is to say , what you believe in. If your appeal is “I want…”then it gives you precisely that, More of WANT, and not WHAT you Want, for your reality is that you WANT. Rather, state the most powerful words in the existence. “I AM…”then add what you precevie yourself to be and KNOW that it already IS. Do not Hope or Wish for- simply know that it already IS and give Thanks. “HAVING IT AND SHOWING GRATITUDE ” The immediacy of the intended manifestation is in direct proportion to the FEELINGS with which you charge your thoughts and words. As you still believe in time, it may take a little time to translate into the physical, but it MUST. Surrender to the Beingness
A WOMAN is the reflection of her man.
Brad Pitt About His Wife :
“My wife got sick. She was constantly nervous because of problems at work, personal life, her failures and problems with children.
She has lost 30 pounds and weighted about 90 pounds in her 35 years. She got very skinny, and was constantly crying. She was not a happy woman.
She had suffered from continuing headaches, heart pain and jammed nerves in her back and ribs. She did not sleep well, falling asleep only in the morning and got tired very quickly during the day.
Our relationship was on the verge of break up. Her beauty was leaving her somewhere, she had bags under her eyes, she was poking her head, and stopped taking care of herself.
She refused to shoot the films and rejected any role. I lost hope and thought that we’ll get divorced soon…
But then I decided to act on it. After all I’ve got the most beautiful woman on the earth. She is the idol of more than half of men and women on earth, and I was the one allowed to fall asleep next to her and to hug her shoulders.
I began to pamper her with flowers, kisses and compliments. I surprised her and pleased her every minute. I gave her lots of gifts and lived just for her. I spoke in public only about her. I incorporated all themes in her direction. I praised her in front of her own and our mutual friends.
You won’t believe it, but she blossomed. She became even better than before. She gained weight, was no longer nervous and she loved me even more than ever. I had no clue that she CAN love that much.
And then I realized one thing: The woman is the reflection of her man.
If you love her to the point of madness, she will become it. ” – Brad Pitt, A Secret of #Love
The gap is an Illusion
Infinite possibility, growth, love and prosperity awaits…
Just don’t fall into the gap!
The gap between where you are now and what you deep down know is truly possible for you in your life as a soul.
Ultimately the gap is an illusion…
And the path of being loyal to your soul and bringing the gifts you know you’re here to share in the world is open wide.
But believe me, I know …
The “gap between” where you are and what you know is possible for you can be so daunting.
And the layers of limiting beliefs, past pain, unresolved trauma, and negative programs can seem like they’re impossible to fully transmute, heal and clear.
Our souls are calling for each of us to level up and step into more of the Truth of who we really are …
Have Faith in yourself
Try not to worry. Try to look at what you are going through as a challenge rather than an obstacle, a time to develop patience. To achieve more objectively, detach yourself from the struggle. Have confidence in yourself, and realise that you can change your attitude even if you can’t change the circumstances. Look closely at your troubles. Don’t let them cause you to give up. Befriend them and learn from them. Feel them lose their power over you. Allow them to teach you what to know and move on. Try not to be afraid. You are a survivor. You are going to handle this. You are going to find strength you didn’t know you had and the grace to deal with whatever comes along. Pretty soon, you will be on the other side, and it’s just a matter of time until you will look back on this time of your life and draw strength from the knowledge that even though the road was rocky, you persevered and carried on. You are thriving Now.

Around the new year there is a lot of talk about manifesting…
About how important it is to do it now and to use the energy of the shift to a new year. And I don’t know about you guys, but for me, whenever I feel there is a “have to” because of this moon or that event or that new year I feel a bit tensed…because the collective thoughtforms say that so much depends on it…but that is just superstition or our subconscious beliefs . We are always manifesting anyways. Whether good or bad. It is always your choice and your free will. Your whole life, every day. So my secret to manifestation is to relax and to play!!! You don’t feel like manifesting on that specific day? No worries, just don’t. You feel blocked about a topic when you manifest, well that’s ok, just work on it if you feel like and then try again. Usually, when we let go of our tension and the collective have tos, the first miracle happens. We align with our own unique truth. Manifest when you feel aligned, joyfull, happy and playfull about it! Do it when your heart says yes.
A non manifested request by the universe is its way of saying that you are not ready YET. Because your choice, your intention and your joy moves your mountains, not the moon and not the new year.
Mahabharat – The Story of Every Human Being by Sadhguru
The story begins because you have false ideas about yourself. Mahabharat represents the grand misconception of human beings about life; their sufferings, their rises and falls. It goes on and on, simply because human beings are struggling to come in tune with life. Whatever someone who is in tune with it tries to say, everyone else will misunderstand. Light cannot be put in words, but if you open your eyes, you can see the light. Similarly, if this life that you are opens up, it can feel life, it can become life.
Life cannot be told. Telling is only to inspire, to de-mesmerize you from your own self-mesmerism. Every human being has hypnotized himself or herself into their own limitations and they believe this is it. If you undo that hypnotism, they will feel fearful because existence is limitless. Therefore, if they are spinning one way, you have to spin them the opposite way for some time for them to feel they are going somewhere.
The whole Mahabharat is just this effort. No matter what they are doing, everyone thinks they are doing it for the good. Whether it is “my good,” “your good,” someone else’s good, or everyone else’s good – whatever kind of good, everyone thinks they are doing it for the good. But everyone is neither good nor bad, neither right nor wrong – the story just goes on.
The story is not about a particular person – Mahabharat comes under the classification of Itihasa. In India, there are three categories of great texts: Itihasa, Purana, Veda. Vedas are full of abstract ideas, scientific theories, and explanations for celestial happenings. Puranas are stories of beings who are not human. Itihasa is the story of the human being, not in terms of history, though there is a historic element to it. The facts are rooted in history, but this is the story of every human being – it is about the meaning of your life. Only if it is your story, it can be a process of growth for you.
