Around the new year there is a lot of talk about manifesting…
About how important it is to do it now and to use the energy of the shift to a new year. And I don’t know about you guys, but for me, whenever I feel there is a “have to” because of this moon or that event or that new year I feel a bit tensed…because the collective thoughtforms say that so much depends on it…but that is just superstition or our subconscious beliefs . We are always manifesting anyways. Whether good or bad. It is always your choice and your free will. Your whole life, every day. So my secret to manifestation is to relax and to play!!! You don’t feel like manifesting on that specific day? No worries, just don’t. You feel blocked about a topic when you manifest, well that’s ok, just work on it if you feel like and then try again. Usually, when we let go of our tension and the collective have tos, the first miracle happens. We align with our own unique truth. Manifest when you feel aligned, joyfull, happy and playfull about it! Do it when your heart says yes.
A non manifested request by the universe is its way of saying that you are not ready YET. Because your choice, your intention and your joy moves your mountains, not the moon and not the new year.

Mahabharat – The Story of Every Human Being by Sadhguru

The story begins because you have false ideas about yourself. Mahabharat represents the grand misconception of human beings about life; their sufferings, their rises and falls. It goes on and on, simply because human beings are struggling to come in tune with life. Whatever someone who is in tune with it tries to say, everyone else will misunderstand. Light cannot be put in words, but if you open your eyes, you can see the light. Similarly, if this life that you are opens up, it can feel life, it can become life.

Life cannot be told. Telling is only to inspire, to de-mesmerize you from your own self-mesmerism. Every human being has hypnotized himself or herself into their own limitations and they believe this is it. If you undo that hypnotism, they will feel fearful because existence is limitless. Therefore, if they are spinning one way, you have to spin them the opposite way for some time for them to feel they are going somewhere.

The whole Mahabharat is just this effort. No matter what they are doing, everyone thinks they are doing it for the good. Whether it is “my good,” “your good,” someone else’s good, or everyone else’s good – whatever kind of good, everyone thinks they are doing it for the good. But everyone is neither good nor bad, neither right nor wrong – the story just goes on.

The story is not about a particular person – Mahabharat comes under the classification of Itihasa. In India, there are three categories of great texts: Itihasa, Purana, Veda. Vedas are full of abstract ideas, scientific theories, and explanations for celestial happenings. Puranas are stories of beings who are not human. Itihasa is the story of the human being, not in terms of history, though there is a historic element to it. The facts are rooted in history, but this is the story of every human being – it is about the meaning of your life. Only if it is your story, it can be a process of growth for you.

The Guest House

This being human is a guest house.

Every morning a new arrival.

A joy, a depression, a meanness,

some momentary awareness comes

as an unexpected visitor.

Welcome and entertain them all!

Even if they are a crowd of sorrows,

who violently sweep your house

empty of its furniture,

still, treat each guest honorably.

He may be clearing you out

for some new delight.

The dark thought, the shame, the malice.

Meet them at the door laughing and invite them in.

Be grateful for whatever comes.

Because each has been sent

as a guide from beyond.

— Rumi

Everything that comes our way in this life, good or bad, holds a teaching if we are mindful enough to give it our full presence.

The Angels and Ancestors by Kyle Gray

The road you are on may be the road less traveled, but this journey is going to be highly beneficial for your emotional and spiritual growth. If it isn’t about covering outer distance, it’s about covering distance within, and you will be evolving every single moment of it. Remember to keep things simple and to lighten your load, because that will make your journey more enjoyable. You are also being encouraged to see how far you’ve come and how you’ve really grown as a person, because this recognition will support you in going even further. And there’s a good chance that along the way you’ll make new friends who will become companions for a lifetime.

Conscious Awareness

The Winter’s Dream is a summons to go within. Your life force longs to turn inward, like the sap of trees returning to the roots. Cast your gaze toward the deep and hidden places in your heart. Come to rest again in the sanctuary and safety of your soul and be at peace, basking in your crystalline clarity in that quiet place.

This is not hibernation—do not fall asleep! Take your quiet wakeful nature with you into stillness and know that you are replenishing your life force. Trust that the deeply buried seeds inside your soul, the ones you planted even before you were born, are stirring softly, ready to awaken with the Spring. But do not try to rouse them early . . . instead, surrender to the quiet of Winter’s Dream.

Winter’s Dream can lull you into a slumber where you can lose consciousness and become caught in a nightmare. Awaken—awaken! Find that easy return to wakefulness that brings you clarity. This is the time to set your priorities in order yet not act on any of them. Allow the clarity and transparency that comes with Winter’s Dream to permeate your heart and soul. The time for action will come later. Remember that all things are born of dreams, and your task is to wake up within the dream, to lucidly guide it to your chosen destination.

Fears

Do you sometimes fear being independent? You may have been conditioned to believe the only way to have close relationships is to become enmeshed and entangled with others. Do you long for independence and breathing space yet fear reprisal should you choose to detach from unhealthy companions or situations? You’ll need courage for the alignment task.

Walk away and establish a more empowered sense of self by saying no to these relationships that drain your very life force.

Sometimes people attract drama into their lives to avoid accountability. Enabling this dynamic helps you avoid the responsibility that’s required when you have no one else to blame for the conditions of your life. Other people’s chaos becomes a smoke screen that muddies the real truth: deep down you’re afraid of the consequences of taking charge of your life.

However, all is not lost! You would not be here, reading these words, if you weren’t ready or strong enough to make these changes. You are up-leveling your life. All you need is beside you to lend you the strength and courage to do the right thing for yourself and others.

Happy 2022

Remember that all things are possible.Don’t limit or censor your visions for the future. You must believe in yourself and believe that you are worthy.Keep all of your actions, dreams, goals, and desires in alignment with your life purpose.Decide what you really want your future to look like.Happy 2022 everyone.

May I have forgiveness in my heart for anything I think I’ve done wrong.

May I forgive myself for what I think were all my past omissions and commissions. They are long gone. I understand that I was a different person then and this one is forgiving the one that I was. May I feel the forgiveness filling me and enveloping me with a sense of warmth and ease.

May I forgive my parents for anything I have ever blamed them for. May I understand that they, too, are different now. May this forgiveness fill them and surround them, and may I know in my heart that this is my most wonderful way of togetherness.

May I forgive my nearest and dearest people for anything that I think they have done wrong or are doing wrong at this time. May they feel that I accept them. May that forgiveness fill them, realizing that this is my expression of love. May I forgive my friends for anything I have disliked about them. May my forgiveness reach out to them so that they can be filled with it and embraced by it.

May I forgive the people I know, whoever they might be, for whatever it is that I have blamed them for, for what I have judged them for, or for what I have disliked. May my forgiveness fill their hearts, and surround and envelope them with it, and let it be my expression of love for them.

May I forgive fully any special person towards whom I still have resentment, rejection, or dislike. May I remember that everyone is suffering. May this forgiveness come from my heart and reach out to that person completely and totally. May I forgive any one person, or any situation, or any group of people, whom I am condemning, blaming, or disliking. May my forgiveness be my expression of unconditional love. They may not do what I think are the right things.

May I remember that all human beings are suffering and that my heart needs forgiveness in order to have purity of love. May I look again and see whether there’s still anyone or anything anywhere in the world that I blame or condemn. May I forgive them so that there is no separation in my heart.

May I put my attention back on myself and recognize the goodness in me and the effort I am making. May I feel the warmth and ease that comes from my forgiveness. May all beings have forgiveness in their hearts!

Healing is the journey.  The destination is yourself.  The full recognition of all
the different aspects of yourself—your joy, your sorrow, your pain,
your pleasure—all lead you to the source of who you are.  Only by
having intimate contact with this source can you experience the fullness
of your life.  Only by fearlessly looking within can you embrace the landscape
of your life and open yourself completely to all the love
and compassion that lives inside you.

What lasts is love

Everyone wants success, and yet they often
don’t know when they have it.

I am coming to believe that success is not more material wealth, but peace, happiness, contentment, and love.
Most of all love.

Real success is not to be sought after in the outer world, but discovered in your inner world. I am not condemning the stuff of life. We all want the things that life offers.

But we don’t need as much as we think we do.
Sooner or later you will discover that real success is friends, strangers,
and anyone who crosses our path.
It is kindness shared, support given and received, listening,
giving, and caring.

These will endure while your car rusts, your toys break, and you tire of the temporary gratifications that bring you what you think is real.

What matters is people.
What lasts is love.
What counts are true friends, and if you treasure these
you can count yourself a success.
