When we practise compassion, we will have more strength peace and joy , this will transfer to everyone with whom we associate.
Being human means to have compassion for yourself and others. With it comes the understanding of the suffering and shortcomings of others.
Sometimes people behave selfish and mean but If we can focus on the positive , that they are doing what they know is the best in their capacity we can avoid the negative.
Let’s plant the seed of compassion and make this world a better place .
When we use positive self talk you remind and encourage yourself to be compassionate to yourself . All starts with the self. Eventually you start treating everyone with compassion.
I AM GOOD ENOUGH
Loving yourself is a daily homework. We need to look at ourselves in the mirror and keep reminding ourselves everyday “I AM GOOD ENOUGH” “I AM LOVABLE . I AM LOVING”
Daily Affirmations is a great way to start SELF LOVE AND APPROVAL. We have conditioned ourselves to get approval from others about everything that we are constantly doubting ourselves, our capabilities, our self worth.
Life is a simple equation: If you don’t love and respect yourself, neither you can love and respect others nor can you feel the love and respect from others.

WE NEED TO BEHAVE IN A CERTAIN WAY SO MY PARENTS LOVE AND APPROVE OF ME..THEN IT MOVES ON TO OUR SIBLINGS FRIENDSHIPS SOCIETY AND IT GOES ON TILL ONE DAY WE HAVE THIS REALISATION THAT “I AM SO DISCONNECTED WITH MYSELF WITH THE PEOPLE AROUND ME,I DON’T LOVE MYSELF, I DON’T KNOW WHAT I WANT IN MY LIFE, AM I HAPPY??

The past is history, so let it go
The future is a mystery, so let it come.
The present is this moment now – A GIFT
To be truly in the present today, it is useful to release all your fears( based on the past) and your worries( imagined future).
It begins simply – with awareness.
See your fears, see your worries, look at them in the face, watch them come and go. Treat them like your children on their way out to play. Let them go.
Be here now they say, easier said than done, I HEAR YOU SAY.
But no one can stop us, except for ourselves.
There is only now – even if you are in planning mode, stay in the present as you plan tomorrow, its when we drift into tomorrow with our imagination that we succumb to a lazy avoidance of this moment
